A Good Call Bingo Staff Training is a mandatory
training program for all bingo facility licensees' registered gaming workers.
In this course you will:
- Develop an awareness of responsible gambling
- Learn how to recognize problem gambling and some of the signs of gambling addiction
- Understand the words and actions that tend to reinforce the gambler's myths that lead to unhealthy behaviours and how to avoid their use, and
- Programs and services that are available to help reduce the incidence of problem gambling
Time to complete: 30 days
Learn and take the exam online. Audio support is provided.
The minimum system requirements are:
- Operating system: Windows XP and newer, or Mac OS 10.3 and newer
- Browser: Mozilla Firefox 12, Google Chrome 18, Safari 5, Edge v.87, Opera v.72 and newer
- Adobe Acrobat Reader, free download
Sound card, speakers and a stable, high-speed Internet connection are recommended.
Time to complete: AGLC is launching a new platform for our learning management system (LMS). All program requirements and the exam must be successfully completed in the current platform before 7 a.m. MST on September 16, 2024 to be migrated to the new platform.
Incomplete programs and expired certificates will not be migrated.
